Stay in a first-class train carriage for a truly unique experience at this bed and breakfast, set on 6 acres of gardens. The restaurant serves fresh home-style meals using organic produce.

Codrington Settlement & Gardens offers converted train carriages with air conditioning, large living space and a patio. Classic cottages, with a spacious lounge area and tea/coffee making facilities, are also available.

Guests have access to a barbecue area and a small communal kitchen. Dinner and breakfast at the restaurant are served in the private dining room. A range of wines, beers and spirits are available.

Koalas, kangaroos and wallabies are regular visitors to Codrington Gardens. Local activities include fishing and nature walks. The Grampians National park is a 1-hour drive from the property.
